Executive Positioning and Advancement

How do I become the obvious choice for what comes next?

Designed for professionals who are

Ready for broader scope, leadership, or greater influence

Doing excellent work without the right visibility

Preparing for a next level they have not fully defined

Practical by design

Use the 90 minutes. Use the result on Monday.

The goal is not to leave with more career information. It is to leave able to make a clearer decision, tell a stronger story, and take the next right action.

Direction

Decide what you are moving toward

Define the opportunity, scope, or professional direction that deserves your energy now.

Positioning

Make your value easier to recognize

Connect your experience, impact, and strengths to the work you want to be trusted with next.

Action

Leave with a next-move plan

Identify the positioning change, relationship, conversation, or capability to act on first.

Inside each evening

A focused agenda for the move in front of you.

Each conversation is structured around four practical decisions. Open any topic to see what it will help you solve.

Day one

Career Transitioning

Wednesday, October 21 · 6:00 to 7:30 PM

Get clear before you get busy

Define the work you want more of, what you no longer want to repeat, and the problem you want an employer to hire you to solve.

Make your value easy to understand

Shift from listing responsibilities to communicating impact across your resume, LinkedIn profile, and the way you talk about yourself.

Activate your relationship capital

Identify the people already in your orbit and begin useful conversations without making it feel like you are asking for a job.

Be ready when the conversation comes

Prepare the stories and proof that connect what you have done to the value an employer needs next.

Day two

Executive Positioning and Advancement

Thursday, October 22 · 6:00 to 7:30 PM

Know what you are building

Clarify the professional and leader you are becoming, the scope you want, and what you are preparing to be trusted with.

Be known for the right things

Examine how others experience your judgment, communication, credibility, and readiness to lead at a higher level.

Build relationship capital early

Move beyond simply knowing people and intentionally develop sponsors, advocates, peers, and professional relationships.

Prepare before the title arrives

Evaluate what the next level requires and decide what to demonstrate, build, ask for, or become more visible around over the next 6 to 12 months.
